Our group workshops

Professionally facilitated by one of our coaches

Our selection of short workshops are action-packed and cater for different people in different situations who are interested in personal development. You will have the opportunity to come together and connect with like-minded individuals from various locations and different walks of life. We explore a specific topic and share simple tactics which can be applied immediately to help improve different aspects of our lives.


Each bite-sized session is seventy-five minutes long on Zoom or two hours face to face. This is just enough time to immerse yourself in thought and discussion whilst also remaining engaged.


Every workshop is delivered to a high professional standard. Our facilitators create a safe and welcoming environment which is inviting, interactive and entertaining, and you can participate as much or as little as you choose.
