Albert Mehrabian gave us the Communication Model which argues that effective communication is more than just the words that we use and that our body language really does matter. Combining this with the linguistic power of NLP, we have the ability to become highly influential and persuasive communicators. In this session, we will explore a series of tangible actions and behaviours which we can carry around in our toolkit. Whether it is for job interviews, important presentations or having difficult conversations, this session is bursting with practical tips.
