Session overview

Beliefs can be both empowering and limiting. Understanding the impact which our internal beliefs have on our outcomes in life can make the decision-making process more comfortable and robust. This session aims to uncover the things which we believe to be true, both of our empowering and self-limiting personal beliefs. We will also consider some tactics to challenge the ones which slow us down or stop us altogether.
