If you are short on time or just prefer the ease of using modern technology, this is a great option for both hypnotherapy and coaching. Using Zoom video conferencing, we can connect remotely from anywhere in the world and achieve as much focus and clarity as if we were face-to-face. We also have the ability to induce hypnotic trance and share helpful tools and resources. What can I expect? When you have scheduled a date and time, you will receive a confirmation email with an attached invite to your session via Zoom. This will be a URL link on which you can simply click to enter your video call meeting. When you enter the online room, you will be greeted by your hypnotherapist/coach on-screen who will welcome you and set the scene for the session. They will look to affirm your expectations and answer any initial questions. You will be provided with an electronic handout which will be visible on the screen and include a high-level agenda. This will be used as a guide and will be completely flexible throughout the session. Your hypnotherapist/coach will facilitate the conversation by asking thought-provoking questions, but it will be very much driven by you. You can share as much or as little about your personal circumstances as you wish. The more you share, the greater the chance of achieving your therapeutic or performance goals. Online hypnosis: Your hypnotherapist will ask you to position your device in a position that allows full visibility of you during induction and trance. You may also be invited to use headphones by your hypnotherapist, but this is optional. You will be fully in control and will be able to terminate the session at any time. Recordings of the hypnosis part of your session might be recorded for further embedding any hypnotic suggestion. The session will always end with your personal commitments, a call to action or undertaking a post-session development task set by your hypnotherapist/coach.
