Session overview

The secret to a powerful client relationship is a high level of rapport and trust. Many clients state that there is often a greater feeling of psychological safety when communicating face-to-face. When this is present, it can often accelerate the hypnotherapy/coaching process, deliver greater insight and, ultimately, better results for you, the client. On top of this, we can utilise a number of practical tools within this type of session which will help you to feel confident and empowered to achieve your therapeutic or performance goals. Our face-to-face sessions can be held anywhere you choose (a mileage fee may apply). Options include: at our Hypno Clinic in Fife, at your home, or even outdoors. Some clients prefer to walk and talk at a public place, such as a park or a beach. For some, certain environments can be more conducive for inducing hypnotic trance or creative thinking. The options are vast and whatever works best for you, works for us. The default location will be our Hypno Clinic, but be sure to notify us of your preferences. What can I expect? Once you have scheduled your session, you will receive a confirmation email with your specified date and time. Your hypnotherapist/coach will also personally email you to introduce themselves, if required, and to confirm the location of your session. When your session commences, your hypnotherapist/coach will give you a brief introduction and set the scene for the 60-minutes ahead. This will be followed by affirming your expectations and answering any initial questions. You will be provided with a handout which will include a high-level agenda. This will be used as a guide and will be completely flexible throughout the session. Your hypnotherapist/coach will facilitate the conversation by asking thought-provoking questions, but it will be very much driven by you. You can share as much or as little about your personal circumstances as you wish. The more you share, the greater the chance of achieving your therapeutic or performance goals. Hypnosis: Our therapy room has modern comfortable sofas, natural light and warm temperature so that you can position yourself in your most comfortable position. Our Hypno Clinic is within a modern business centre which has free parking, disabled access and toilet facilities. We also provide free bottled water for your convenience. Audio recordings of the hypnosis part of your session might be recorded for further embedding any hypnotic suggestion.

To reschedule a session, please do so 48 hours in advance of the session start time.
