Natasha Adamson
Care and compassion are at the heart of everything that I do. One of my biggest passions is helping others to live their best life through letting go of behaviours and beliefs which hold them back.
In addition to more than a decade of international teaching and leadership experience in England, Ghana and Spain, I also have a wealth of fully accredited tools which I incorporate into my coaching to help you to achieve your goals. They include emotional intelligence, NLP and mindfulness.
All of my sessions are available in English and Spanish.

As the founder of GrowMyself Coaching, I am on a mission to make coaching as accessible to as many people as possible. I am exceptionally determined and eager to help others move beyond their own ‘perceived’ limitations and surpass their expectations.
I work predominantly in the corporate sector, facilitating behaviour-based learning to a wide range of companies. My specialism is in leadership development, coaching and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
I am a certified NLP Trainer and actively weave its principles into my coaching sessions, when appropriate.
As well as running my Grow businesses, I volunteer as a mentor for the Career Ready and Steps Ahead programmes, the aim of which is to help high school students and young people, 16 to 24-year-olds progress onto positive career destinations.
