Coaching for men

Getting back on track

Have you lost your get-up-and-go?

Are you feeling hampered by the weight of responsibility in your life?

Have the events in your life impacted your personal resilience and bouncebackability?

Do you feel like you need to get yourself back in the game?

What is it that you really want?

These can be really tough questions to confront and answer. It can be even more difficult to know where to start doing something about it all.

The positive news is that something can be done, improvements can be made and change is possible. The best bit is that you don't have to do it alone.

What is it?

Man coaching focuses on you: your responsibilities, your challenges and anything else which you deem to make you, YOU. This is a future-focused exploration of your personal strengths and positive attributes, as well as discovering new ones along the way.

What does it involve?

We begin by looking ahead and defining what the future version of yourself is. What would you look, sound and feel like? What is it that you really want and how we can make progress towards that? We will consider all of the blocks that you are experiencing which maybe weighing you down, holding you back or stopping you from moving forward.

We can even focus on the areas of your identity that you wish to keep, tweak or completely change, so that you feel more aligned with the person that you truly want to be.

Each session helps you to commit to appropriate actions geared towards implementing the personal changes that you wish to make.

Who is it for?

This focus of coaching can help men who:

1. Want to improve their personal well-being and feel great about themselves

2. Want to change specific behaviours which may be having adverse effects on their existing relationships with partners and friends, or their ability to form new ones

3. Don’t feel comfortable or content with some aspect of themselves and wish to start smashing it once again
