About the Event

Free Module 1 of the NLP Practitioner Training and Certification Programme

If you are curious about NLP and want to find out more, or maybe you are just looking to experience an awesome personal development experience, then come along and try it all on for size!

As well as the introductory parts of the programme, in this 3-hour class you will also learn about the wealth of tools and processes that NLP teaches us and how we can use them to have more helpful responses to our challenges. We will also explore how NLP can help us achieve phenomenal outcomes in different aspects of our lives.

The ultimate personal development experience

NLP Practitioners work with individuals and groups in a wide variety of settings in both a personal and professional capacity. Although favoured by coaches, trainers and therapists, anyone with a desire to train can learn and practise NLP. Whether that be supporting friends, family and loved ones, or even in a professional client facing capacity.

NLP uses structured language patterns and visualisation techniques to re-define how our body and minds react to different experiences. By re-interpreting our default perceptions and responses, we can achieve long-lasting, transformative change.

We all have excellence within us

One of the key principles of NLP is that we each have everything we need within ourselves to achieve our goals. Each personal change process helps us to harness our internal resources, giving us the greatest possible chance of success when pursuing our ambitions.

The wonder of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), here are just some of the wider benefits of practicing NLP:

  • Improve your relationships with those that are most important to you
  • Achieve a greater sense of freedom and choice in your life
  • More control over your behaviours, habits, and impulses
  • Communicate with greater influence and persuasion and convince people to think, feel and do what they otherwise may have not
  • Improve your personal and professional performance, productivity and sense of progress
  • Develop new strategies for success in different areas of your life and work
  • Increase personal effectiveness for yourself and for others
  • Sharpen your leadership capabilities
  • Maximise your full potential by leveraging your personal strengths and talents
